    Going simple this evening: angel hair pasta with sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese mixed in. That?ll give me supper and several lunches during the week.

    Looks like Junky Fast Food : Maybe Burger King ? I got "coupons" ,,,, As Ron White said " I like coupons" ,,,,

    Young possum shanks, grilled under medium heat, garnished with onions, trying pineapple tonight, brown sugar, and of course green peppers, served with Aldi hot rolls, pork and beans simmered with light sugar, and a tossed salad with cheese, tomato, onions, bacon ... 8-)

    Got to work tonite ( 1900-0700) : Again ! after getting up this afternoon : I ended up @ the local Shoneys (buffet) ? was just OK as usual , But I did get full ! Off to work in a lil bit , may not anything till in the morn when I get off work ???

    Home from store : Gonna do Grilled ( BBQ ) Chops & ???

    Glad to have a nite OFF work : got a call : The two (2) new hires ( out of three ) Did a No Show on the required Orientation this morn. ? WTF ???

    Guess rest of the week ( & next few weeks : Again ) will be full of work ?

    Worked last three (3) weeks an average of 72 hours a week ::::

    Suggestions for stuff to go with bbq chops ?????

    Just got up a lil bit ago ??? Worked last nite ( another 12 ) and again Tonite ( 12 ) : had a almost burned grilled cheese & some flaming hot dorados for lunch ? Doing some left-over beef "soup" before leaving out for work ???

    Looks like Im down to 48 hours this week : who knows bout next week ??? They hired 3 , all 3 was No-Shows @ orientation ??? WTF ?

    Guess Nobody wants / needs to work ??????

    Spent most of the morning out fishing a new spot nearby. Really wanted some fresh trout for supper but the place was a bust! I guess that is why they call it "fishing!"

    Anyhow, tonight's fare will be reconstituted frozen left over bean soup with ham, Grilled tuna melt sandwich out of a can (Albacore solid) topped with hard white cheddar cheese. Bread for sandwich is home baked from frozen dough.

    My craving for fish may be fulfilled but that canned tuna tastes a lot like canned chicken to my buds!

    Tonights supper was as follows Shrimp and smoked sausage kabobs with cajun spice and old bay seasoning on the grill Thin sliced oven fried french fries drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with Bojangles french fry dust Experimented with some thin sliced steak kabobs but need to work on my seasoning wasnt bad just was not great .

    Can of Corn ( drained ) ,

    Can of Beans of Choice ( I use chilli ) ( drained ) ,
    Pepper ( black & red ) ,
    Garlic ,
    Cook till Creamy & Done :
    Serve with rice & tortillas & ample amount of favorite Hot Sauce :::
