Honestly I can see some of what has been posted in opposition here.
Not that I agree with current events, or the way things are going, but there is some hard evidence that the constitution was NEVER fully followed as intended.
I still agree with the constitution as written as opposed to how it is interpreted now by some, but a return to history would seem to be nothing more than a return to where not as many restrictions were placed.
Things have gotten way out of hand in the past 150 years or so it seems, but they were apparently never a "utopia", unless you are comparing them to current trends.

I still agree with the constitution as written as opposed to how it is interpreted now by some, but a return to history would seem to be nothing more than a return to where not as many restrictions were placed.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but to deny that 600 or so people control the other 300 million, and to deny that our freedoms have been eroded and continue to be daily, you would have to be delusional. The goal is total control, and they are heading to that goal pretty speedily.
