I had a left over fresh, nearly whole roasted chicken in a Tupperware tub sitting in the refrigerator that I intended to fix into last nights dinner. Went into the fridge looking for it and it was gone!! Asked the Mrs about it and she told me that she thought it was turkey leftovers from Thanksgiving. Into the garbage it went! :o

Ended up doing a grilled bologna and cheese sandwich and a can of tomato soup.

We use to have a steakhouse here, their ribeyes were marinated in a mostly pineapple juice marinate.. Made for a tasty steak.

krogers here locally sells a pineapple orange juice blend in dairy aisle, I like it better than orange juice, usually a half gallon of it will help to knock a cold out when it starts...... and I use it to marinate quite a bit of meats.

    What is Chislic?

Here is one recipe that is so-so ~ ALWAYS USE BEEF! Forget the hot sauce, dip in a good BBQ sauce.

Trip tip, black beans, plantains and P?o de Queijo

Sadly the P?o de Queijo did not puff. 2nd time in a row. I suspect the supplier of my cassava flour. Will have to go back to buying it from the international farmers market instead of the Kroger/Publix brand.
