    I have a hankering for Hotdogs.

    maybe with chili or sauerkraut. I saw Boars Head Brand sauerkraut on sale at the Food lion.

    With baked beans and french frys

    Spent most of this morning slicing up about 5 Lbs. of white tail deer venison into jerky strips. Added herbs and spices along with the salt mix from a good and previously tested retail supplier of jerky rub mixes. Left it all set in the refrigerator for the next 24 hours.

    I then ground about 3 Lbs. of venison and made another "bologna" roll and have it curing in the refrigerator for the same 24 hrs. Tomorrow will be firing up the smoker for the jerky and the oven for the bologna.

    Spent the entire morning and into the afternoon playing in the kitchen. Now wondering what canned goods to open up for tonight's supper!! :lol::lol:

    Aint life full of fun!! :D

    Well, the new forum does not have "pages" after about 20 or so posts to turn to. Hitting on this long running thread, I had a lot of scrolling to do to get to todays cooking fare!

    After taking care of the fresh 6" of snow in the driveway this morning, I got busy in the kitchen preparing tonight's dinner.

    Stuffed cabbage rolls!👌 Should be tender and delicious with cottage cheese on the side and a tall glass of lightly salted buttermilk!

    I have always been a bit of a rebel and when I saw that OK sign that is no longer P\C, well....F... P\C 😂

    I will have either a beer or some red wine with it.  Then I am going to drink a few glasses of Scotch, pass out watching ancient aliens ;)wake up at 0300 and shoot my shotgun in the air a few times to scare away the aliens and libtards.
