    Made the mistake of going to the local Shoneys yesterday ( then off to work , 8p-8a YUK ) ,,, was only OK @ best , service was TERRIBLE , 1st time Ive been out to eat in a Long Time ??? No idea for today , another 12 hour shift , Im Not real Happy with this crazy weekend schedule !!!!!

    Note to self and anybody out there reading this.   Never grill chicken thighs along with chicken wings on the same Webber grill!      Them fat thighs turn the wings into b.l.a.c.k. face imposters even if you keep the temps down for a long cook!       The smoke produced is not the desirable stuff and is like a greasy coal coating that keeps the wings from that golden state trying to be achieved!  

    Preparing the thighs for my dogs supplements without heating up the kitchen on a hot summer day.  Wanting to do wings for dinner and I guess I will be eating with the dogs tonight.

    Special Crazy Chicken ! Yum !
    Chicken w-Cream cheese , onions , taco seasonings , hot peppers , chilli beans , corn , garlic , rotel , all drained : serve over rice or with taco chips ? Really good !!!
    Or : dont drain and use as a Soup Base ???
    Its in the crock pot now !!!

    Susie's version of a frittata. #1 requested it so its a done deal. Cheddar cheese for the non spicy cheesey peeps, habanero jack for the spicy type, no cheese for those who can't overdo the cheese (it is cooked with pepper jack in it). Side of Italian green beans, and a nice little Malbec to wash it down. Photo doesn't do it justice. Nothing left but crumbs.
