Not very impressive but garden doesn't get enough direct sunlight. Apparently wife planted Roma tomato's and we got a half dozen or so some were still on the vines when the weather got cooler. Cilantro and Chives grow like crazy anyway. Zucchini and gourds were okay as well. Wife decided earlier in the year and just planted some normal type plants/flowers that did excellent so at least it looked like the garden was full. To many trees and the garden pretty much gets only 6 hours of filtered sun light.😣😣
Do you do pumpkins? What type of gourds? My wife is dead set on doing some white pumpkins as well as some pie pumpkins in our garden next year.

Talking about beating a dead horse, why is this still going after eight years. There have been much more interesting post deleted, locked, closed or moved (some recently) yet this one just won't die. Some kind of experiment ?
😃
I was wondering the same thing bullshot.
This thread came up NEW for me this morning and after reading through all 15 pages just to get to the end, I decided to keep it up just to use it as a gardening model for what not to do or grow next year! 😁
can someone kill this post?
Nope.

Now the weeding and waiting.
*Incidentally, I got a 4 port B - Hyve timer and man do I love that thing!

No gardening unless you count 11 tomatoes plants . What I do have are roses showing off!
Those are beautiful, @pulsarnc
A few more
No real secret . Tap in to jackson and perkins website. Follow their directions . Trick is digging a Large hole mixing 50% Peat moss into your hole and be sure you Mulch heavily. Just back into it after about a 30 year layoff
Only got chives, cilantro and some zucchini this year, not enough sun in this part of the yard. Or actually in any part of our yard. How ever there's a bunch of stuff growing in there that I have no clue as to what it is. 😕
This horse is dead enough .......................... let it go.
Just recently an old thread was revived and was quickly removed this one should go away also.
And some folks say the same thing over and over again... yet they are not deleted... kinda funny how that works...😁
Things are starting to come up here. I will try to get some photos posted soon.
